RDI was founded by Paul Walther, CPCU, ARe, the firm's CEO and Principal Consultant.

Paul is a graduate (with an Insurance major) of the Wharton School of Finance at the University of Pennsylvania, and has spent his entire career in the insurance and reinsurance industry.

That career included servicing accounts for a major reinsurance intermediary; underwriting and management assignments with several major insurance groups; responsibility for placing reinsurance protections; and managing the U.S. reinsurance operations of a major international consulting firm prior to forming RDI.
